A great place to get genuine Honda parts for any model of Honda you may have. I was helped by Nicole who was ready and attentive. She found the parts I was looking for in this case front and rear stabilizer links for my Honda Accord. She was fast and reliable and I will go back there again!

Car dealerships have a stereotype, they want your business and they want as much of your money as they can possibly get. After having contacted more than several Honda dealerships, I've shaken hands with people who really just wanted their hands in my pocket. Meadowvale Honda was a completely different experience… These people rarely knew me, most of the work was done online, or over the phone, but when I walked into their dealership, they were already treating me with some of the finest qualities of a business that I have ever seen. Not only is the location an amazing facility, but the staff is extremely professional, welcoming, and best of all, lively! Meadowvale Honda truly cares about you and your needs, they are considerate and serious about your search for whatever vehicle you're looking for. They made what is normally meant to be a very stressful experience, a really fun time! When I easily purchased my car they congratulated me over the speakerphone and the entire building cheered and honked the cars and it was an overall enjoyable time! I drove 80km one way to get to Meadowvale Honda, even though there were many dealerships nearby, but after my great satisfaction with their team, I will gladly drive that distance to service with them as I trust my car only with them. I've done my research, and you can see for yourself all the other dealerships that are out there, but I can guarantee you that no other dealership will treat you with the absolute loyalty that they will treat you with, never mind the great deals. I fully recommend going out of your way for them, it's well worth it.

There's never a problem whenever I come to Meadowvale Honda! All the staff seem to enjoy their work for there are smiles and laughter all around, which is great! I have to pick out one specific gentleman, Gene, for providing me with all the information I need to know before they service my car (ie. Length of service, what type of service, etc..) Also, if I needed the shuttle to drive me home & pick me up he'd arrange that for me promptly. If I decide to wait for my car I'm glad to know that there is free wi-fi as well. Thank you Meadowvale Honda, keep up the good work!

Excellent service and wonderful dealing. In fact, the team is so professional and friendly that it really impressed me. I went through the process of buying a car from them which impressed me to the extent that I joined the team myself. :) I am writing this review because I went through the sales process at various dealerships but at Meadowvale Honda I experienced something different, the team evaluates your needs and then provide a solution rather than pushing sales. I am proud to be a part of Meadowvale Honda Team!

Kenny and Dawn always go above and beyond what was expected. I have never dealt with such exceptional service. Kenny Foo, the Service Manager, goes out of his way to provide helpful, honest and trustworthy service. He makes sure his customers always leave satisfied. His dedication along with Dawn's upbeat and friendly personality have kept me returning to Meadowvale Honda for years. With the maintenance service that was done on my vehicle, I was fully satisfied. From the time I brought my car into service to receiving my keys, I felt truly happy. The service advisers were very informative in explaining the exact services needed and treated me with proper courtesy. The advisor actually introduced me to the service manager, and again, greeted me politely and asked me about the service of my car. I was briefly told about specific recommendations for the vehicle. However, I kindly declined. They did put a record of that service within in my invoice to remind me of those recommendation. I was, not at all, pressured to have those recommendations done. Overall, my experience here at Meadowvale Honda, was pleasurable and the service well done and in a prompt manner. I will be coming back.

THE BEST.  I've been here numerous times to service my car and I've always been treated with a VIP experience. I feel this way because they come out and really care about your car, and their honesty is dealt with sincerity. They always recommend the best things to do with my car, and tell me honestly if the service is REALLY needed at the time. I am no stranger to cars, so I know if I am being cheated, and every time something comes up (extra service needed) when I'm just in for a regular service, they always explain to me in intricate details, of why I would need a certain fix - I would know if I'm being cheated. My car is always done when they say it will, and the whole service experience as a whole makes me enjoy having my car serviced. They have come to know my name, and I feel extremely comfortable because I know my car is in good hands. There isn't any other place I would have my car serviced, regardless of what other customers have to say.

I wouldn't regularly write a review, but I genuinely feel like this place deserved my extra effort. On top of being informative, they outlined best case scenarios for the type of driving I do with my car (mostly highway) and offered different options on what and when I should complete based on my comfort level. Where I usually find garages are mostly one-sided in terms of how they operate, these guys made sure I could trust their opinion, and was a part of the decision making process. Thank you very much!

They are honest and do the service accordingly. Always informs me about what extra service is still needed on my van. They are easy to talk to and explain everything to the customer that doesn''t understand a lot about car maintenance. Never biased about other car brands as well. They always wash my van after every service done. They are very apologetic about the lack of space when the service waiting area is busy and the service advisors are also checking up on the customers I have always approached them and asked whatever questions I had about my van. Shuttle service is always offered to me if needed. I have been going to this dealership for a 4 years now and service has never diminished. I have always referred my family members and friends to Meadowvale Honda. I also drive a Toyota Truck and still bring it to this dealership. They have no complaints whatsoever even if my vehicle is not a Honda and still maintain the excellence in maintenance and service. Keep up the good work Meadowvale Honda

The work performed on the CR-V for this visit was oil/lube/filter change and swap from winter to all season tires. This work was completed to my satisfaction. The shuttle service was fast and the communication from Meg was very good. Three separate phone calls describing the work completed and she also investigated an additional problem I requested her to investigate. 10 out of 10 in my book.

This may be long overdue but I would just like to commend Kenny Foo (Service Manager) for the excellent service that he and his team provided twice to service/repair my Honda Civic last Sept(2010) and Feb(2011). Kenny is an asset to your company, he is very detailed, knows the value of great customer service and provides updates if necessary. I am very satisfied with how the work was done and will be more than glad to recommend your dealership if I will have the opportunity to do so.
